Shipping to Europe

How much will it cost?

We offer free shipping for online orders over €100 when shipped to countries within the EU. If the order is under €100, a standard shipping fee of €11 will be charged. For countries in Europe but not in the EU shipping charges will be applied at checkout. For all offline orders and other locations, shipping charges may be applicable and based on total weight and delivery address.

Please note we cannot ship to PO Boxes.

How long does it take?

All Bouncepad products are configured to your exact specification and dispatched worldwide from our UK warehouse. Orders placed Monday to Friday, before midday (UK time) are usually shipped the same day on a 3-5 working day road service from our UK warehouse. Once your order has been scheduled for assembly, you will receive an email confirming the dispatch date. When your order is dispatched, you will receive further emails with your invoice and tracking information.

Will I need to pay any duties or taxes?

Orders to the EU (excluding France)

For all orders going the EU, excluding France, you will be required to pay VAT to the courier delivering your order. Our courier will manage this for you, and will contact you by email or phone to arrange payment for applicable VAT charges. The UK and EU have a zero-tariff trade agreement in place, meaning you will not be liable for any import duties, only VAT and any associated fees charged by our courier.

Alternatively you can purchase from our EU based distributor, Tabletpro, who will manage the process for you.

Orders to France

French VAT will be applied to your order at checkout. The UK and EU have a zero-tariff trade agreement in place, meaning you will not be liable for any import duties.

Orders to the rest of Europe

Orders being delivered to Europe but to countries outside of the EU will be subject to local duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient - as laid out in our Terms of Business.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your parcel tracking number. This will be sent to the billing email address along with your invoice.
